Salon Policy

At Savage Beauty one of the most important things to our therapists is that all our clients are made to feel welcome, relaxed and have the best possible experience with us.

Our Pricing

We have a tiered pricing structure for all our treatments.

Cancellation Policy

As consideration to us and our other clients please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will charge 50% of the total treatment price as a late cancellation fee. You can cancel your appointment via phone, email, through our online booking system or via social media.

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be required to pay up to 100% of the total treatment cost.
1st No Show Appointment – 25% of treatment cost charged
2nd No Show Appointment – 50% of treatment cost charged
3rd No Show Appointment – 100% of treatment cost charged


Please be advised that when making your appointment online you will be directed to a payment page, you are required to enter your card details and pay a deposit for your treatment to secure your booking. Payment details are not accessible to us and we will only request a payment if you fail to attend your treatment.

Time Management

To respect the time of our other clients and of our staff we ask that you attend your treatment on time. If you arrive late by 10 minutes or more, we may have to alter your treatment to the time remaining, if this is the case you will still be charged for the original treatment. If we are unable to carry out the treatment there will be a 50% cancellation charge.

Gift Vouchers

Savage Beauty gift vouchers are valid for 6 months, the expiry date is shown on the front of the voucher, Gift vouchers will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers can be redeemed against services and product purchases.

If you wish to spend the voucher on a treatment please book well in advance, we suggest a minimum of 6 weeks.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. You do not have to spend the whole voucher value in one transaction. However, the remaining amount on the gift voucher will still only be valid until the original expiry date ‘No show’ or late cancellation terms apply to gift vouchers, if you do not show to your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice the full treatment amount will be deducted from the voucher.

Client Consultation Form

When you come to your first appointment with Savage Beauty, we require you to fill out a consultation form. This form is private and confidential between your therapist and you. This is something that we must carry out for insurance reasons, if you do not fill in your consultation form your therapist has the right to refuse you treatment.

Patch Test

We are required to carry out a patch tests at least 48 hours prior to every tinting treatments appointment; even if it has been carried out in the past by us or by other salons. Failure to have a patch test will result in your appointment being cancelled.

Other salons work

For insurance reasons we are unable to infill other salons treatments such as lashes or nails. We are also unable to remove gel lacquer applied by other salons, please ensure these are removed prior to a manicure treatment with us

Child Safety Policy

Children are welcome to come into the salon if you have treatment. However, for safety and insurance reasons we ask that no child is left downstairs unattended in our waiting area, that they are respectful of other clients having relaxing treatments and that they do not run around or play near treatment areas.
